Shurgard Storage

DRG worked with Shurgard Storage Centers (who was a Seattle based Real Estate Investment Trust) as their preferred developer for the expansion of their Indiana portfolio. DRG was directly involved with the ground up development of 6 – 60,000+ square foot self storage facilities as well as the acquisition of 3 others. This successful development program resulted in Shurgard gaining a stronghold in the Indianapolis Self Storage market, which ultimately contributed to the sale of the entire portfolio to Public Storage.

Mike's Car Wash

DRG worked with Mike’s Car Wash and Qlube Oil Change Centers on expansion throughout the Indiana and Ohio markets. During this period of time, DRG assisted Qlube in the development of 15 new oil change locations and worked with Mike’s Car Wash on 3 sites in the Indianapolis market. Additionally, DRG assisted Mikes Car Wash on the identification of Cincinnati, Ohio as an expansion market for their concept, where they now have 10 plus locations.
